i've been looking for a post on this and haven't found one yet. When you change wonders, does it come fully built? Or do you have to build it up again?

Dont forget that once you build your wonder and you made a mistake. You can change it again for 600 crowns. But, it will changed once you Go to this link below.

You should really stop doing this to every thread. The survey is pointless and very biased and all the bolds and CAPS makes it more irritating.
