Cant play on browser - error conection

Since yesterday I have not been able to play in the browser, first I could not log in and now it continues to throw errors, attached screenshot.

Anyone with the same problem?

I finally got in, I had to log out and log in again (it seems there were changes here).

I did it in a same way just now and after Account confirmation by Xsolla it is working now. THX

After the account confirmation xsolla create a brand new profile causing you to lose all linked accounts that's what happened to me
Edit. everything is working now. it was fixed

Are you able to load your bases from each of your profiles though? I can't - my screen just hangs no matter which base I select.

Log out, refresh your browser window, and then log back in. You'll be sent a new confirmation email, and once you respond to it you should be working again.

Had the same issue but after logging out I can't even log back in now as it thinks my saved password is wrong so asking for "Help" which should send an email to reset password within 30minutes has had no response!

Did you get the original password confirmation email? Did the password reset email not go to the same email account? If you send CS your details, they will get to the bottom of it.

no problem signing in to this forum but Dominations world just won't let me in any more..
having tried to log in that results in the first image named "Login failed"
I tried the forgotten password assist which is the 2nd image "we can help"
I comply with the third step and send them the same email address I've always used which is the 3Rd image "Account recovery"
have checked and emptied all my junk/archived folders but still no email within the promised 30 mins..

The dialogs you are going through are the correct ones. Check your spam folder for the password reset emails; most of the errors I see in the logs are from people requesting multiple email resets without responding to the first ones sent. Also if you send your log in email to CS and let them know you are Necromancer from the forums, I'll be able to dig into the problem deeper.
