Missing Crowns
We are aware of an issue in the most recent update where Crowns are disappearing. The missing Crowns are temporary, as we have records of Crown totals before they disappeared. We're currently working on a solution and will update you as more information becomes available.
This is becoming a joke. I had to clean the files and now the game doesn't load. A message comes up saying a new update is available and there isn't. Tried uninstalling the game and the same thing keeps happening. The whole app no longer loads.
Did you install through Play Store? How about installing from package file? My case is I used 2 devices. At first the update message popped up in my first device. I ignored then played on second device, not too long the message appeared in my second device as well. I reinstalled on first device hoping that it would somehow help. It worked at first login after reinstall. But then the message appeared again in first device. I removed game from second device then reinstalled.
Both devices work well now.
I have the same issue. Getting message that there is an update available- clicked ‘update’ and nothing... No update, no game load.. Tried on two different devices with two different accounts. Both Androids - on iOS seems to load just fine.

We have 3
more player from our alliance experiencing the same issue on Android devices: shows as ‘update available’, but no actual updates. They tried everything: re-installing from Play Store and apk file, resetting device, trying on another device - same issue. Customer support is a joke: we are looking and will get back to you....
Is anybody going to actually do anything about this issue? I keep getting the update message and the game doesn't load still. Reinstalling doesn't work at all.
