Can you provide an update on the network connection crashes

Thanks Seraphine. We just had another round of crashes resulting in missing starts in our war that ended last night. Fortunately it was easy competition and didnt make a difference. But, its still impactint 5-10% of our attacks in many wars. Not to mention the regular disconnects in multiplayer.

Support has never asked me for device type, so I'll proactively include that, but admittedly I have very little hope of it actually making into the hands of someone who would find the info valuable. This is a really demoralizing issue for the players it happens to. I can only speak from my experience, but I am on an iphone 6+, rock solid wifi with more bandwith than I could ever use and a very stable wifi network. Its never happened before the last patch. So, the only difference in my setup is the version of Dominations Im running. Same with about ~20 other folks in my alli that have been hit with it. Very good connections. It is the new version of dominations triggering the disconnect, 100% without question.

I truly hope this is taking a huge priority and is fixed very soon.

I just posted something related.

It's not only at WW. After multiple attacks with training blessing to get 16 medals total, the last attack crashed/lost connection just after I release the troops. Result: -39 medals and whole army lost.

It was not problem with my internet connection.

Yes it happens in war, and in regular attacks. War probably the most painful because it can change a 5* to a loss, and hurts an entire team. No one's connections have changed, the only thing that has changed is the dominations update. Ive got people beyond frustrated in my alli with this, really sucks to see some of our best players so impacted by something.

Yes, incredibly frustrating. A 5 star win became a 16% loss in our last war. If wars weren't competitive it wouldn't matter. But they are. And 100 measly crowns really is an insulting level of compensation considering what it would take to rush replacement troops to cover the ones lost in the crash. Like other posters here, I have a new iPad, rock solid high speed internet and plenty of memory. Its a server issue. Stop blaming the players. It insults our intelligence.

The first 5 attacks our alliance made all crashed like this. Co-incidence? I don't think so. Do you?

I agree, its a terrible issue and just continues to frustrate the player base. We just finished another war, and it was another war with multiple attacks either crashing due to the network/spinning wheel error, or 5* attacks being reduced to losses or lower star hits (spinning wheel presents itself in these usually). It really has to be one of the top 2-3 priorities Nexon has to fix before anything else for this game.

Just a quick update. Our war over the weekend had at least 4 attacks reduce stars.

In a possibly related issue from our war this morning, our second attack somehow had 105% and 6 stars (was easy to see, we only had two attacks, 11 stars, 102.5% avg destruction).

Nexon please fix the missing/reduced stars!!

We need to keep this post on top. Crashes continue unabated and Nexon keeps blaming the players' internet connectivity rather than fix the glitch, which is on their servers. Does anyone know who the Forum mediators are? Maybe Nexon will listen to them? Thousands of players from all over the world are experiencing this problem.

they simply dont care. full stop. they rather keep that crap active which they introduced and where they celebrate themselves for (see State of the Nation April) instead of simple undo the last patch. they are actively burning real invested client money (including me) and dont care. they bring their owm medal and ranking system ad absurdum, dont care. have players do carefully planned worldwars which is the only fun element, and screw them up by random results...
the standard CS comments just irritating me even more and obvious lies like they cannot check logs or restore results/medals/warloots or what have you are offending me.
rather they let be active 100s of cheater who are laughing and taunting all serious and honest players...

thanks for keeping us tuned although you resigned, would be even nicer if someone of the officials could give a shout here. 1 month after the upgrade no fix version released yet

Would love to get a real update on the war version of this, where stars are reduced. Continues to impact our team, every single war, without exception. How long will this go on, surely the thousands of CS reports have given enough information to at least give us some more specific guidance on when it will be fixed?

To keep this post current, another war, another 4-5 server network crashes, and spinning ring star losses. When war is one of the most compelling features of this game, and it is so terribly impacted by something like this, one would hope there is no other higher development priority other than fixing this. Its been going on for too long!

Absolutely horrible, and frighteningly enough seems to be getting worse. Another war, another day full of hearing frustrated people in our chat seeing attacks entirely disappear from war map, get hit by network connection crashes, or seeing 5 star attacks reduced to 0-3 stars. As a leader, its become increasingly hard to convince people to continue playing through this terrible issue. If my company were delivering this type of experience to its customers, there would be daily updates, front and center, until the issue was resolved. Can't understand why Nexon wont say anything other than its being looked at. Gives your customers the appearance that you have no idea what is going on or how to fix it. Its making people leave your game, its making people unclick from your best feature, its making people demoralized every single day. Astonishing.

I have sent a Private Message to Seraphine, asking her to see if she can help. As of today, CS refuses to acknowledge that the problem resides on their servers or their software.

To keep it updated, 3 of our first 10 hits this war suffered reduced stars or crashes with netowrk error. When you know youre going against a hard team, this is a real tough pill to swallow.

Edit**** Just saw Seraphine's sticky post. Thank you for the detailed update, greatly appreciated. Can't wait for it to go live to see if it really fixes most of the problems. I appreciate the great communication in that post.
