Can not save my information on my profile

Why dose it keep saying I put in the wrong birthday? When I signed up I put it exactly. Need my new password to work and change time zone etc. Please help ty

This is an issue with their forums. each page is looking for the DOB but does not link back to the first page for the confirmation of the DOB to save the data. They need to go through their coding and remove the section that is looking for the users DOB.
