Can't log in game stuck in loading screen

I have not been able to log in for last 5 hours I have good wifi and plenty of memory

Help desk response to my email was to go in game to contact customer service.....how am I supposed to do that if the issue is the fact I can't get in game .....

Asia server is fine. They're probably fixing issues about unable to connect to Google Play, or changing some policies.
