How does one go about getting their Alliance on the Alliance list in game? Ty in advance

It's randomized, we can't set it.
However, alliances with the most members will appear on top.
Players seeking for alliance will only see alliances set to minimum glory they have.
What I have learned, if we kick 1-2 people from alliance, most likely our alliance will appear on top. And once 1 player join, usually 2, 3 more will follow, assuming they're not really picky players.

I was told on Discord it needs to be 4 players that are kicked.

It only requires 1 or 2 sometimes. And it depends on alliance size of course ie, you can't compete with alliances who have 40 members already.
However it is not a valid way. Alliance list is always random. There is no written legit policy on how to get into the list.

​​​​​​Why not start war and gain glory? I see you have enough people already people are attracted to alliance glory, rather than alliance size these days lol.
