ET (Eastern Time) currently describes UTC -4 = EDT (Eastern Daylight Time)
From November 3rd ET is then EST (Eastern Standard Time) = UTC -5

Therefore your ET is currently something other than EST

e.g. in Panama, EST is used all year round, so that not every EST specification automatically means EDT in summer.

My message says 02 00 which is way more than the 4 hour outage window that they have on the official posts.
My local time is 10:53 and utc is 15:53

e.g. in my case:
08:00 without further specification describes 8 a.m. tomorrow morning. That is a very long maintenance time.
If 4 hour duration is meant, then the specification would be 08:00 pm. Which is unusual here, because we write 20:00

But you didn't wait until 11 EST to do the maintenance, you started at 10 EST. One hour too early!

We were winning in one and now confused how it will be calculated then. Or will it be reset? and no score received from both sides.

Announcement is good but you should not allow to start wars during that period of maintenance. Then there will be no confusion.

How about providing an announcement “In game”? Most of us don’t check the forums on a daily basis and I don’t use either FB or Twitter.

You know, provide at least a 12-24 notice in the game where people actually play.

Announcement is good but you should not allow to start wars during that period of maintenance. Then there will be no confusion.

This is something I've personally been asking for, it's the same for our updates. We've alleviated the update issue to a degree, but this is still a bad player experience. I'm hoping we can make changes to this process that both satisfies the player experience and developer needs, mainly submission approval for both apple and google play stores.

Обычно в играх, сервера ставят на обслуживание ночью, или рано утром. И сервера готовы к игре часов до 10 утра, максимум до обеда.... А тут.... непонятно... вечернее время...

Обычно в играх, сервера ставят на обслуживание ночью, или рано утром. И сервера готовы к игре часов до 10 утра, максимум до обеда.... А тут.... непонятно... вечернее время...

В игру играют по всему миру, поэтому "ночь" для одних игроков - это "день" для других

Because it's in your timezone, but the 24-hour format is wrong; 02:00 is actually 14:00 if you're in Central US time.
