Not sure I understand the question? We're only instant upgrading economic buildings, or what is specifically named, not anything associated with the named item. So if an Oil Rig is highlighted to have Instant Upgrade, it is only the Oil Rig building.

It's certainly correct; if it's from us, it's correct. I saw a "calendar" floating around in the community that we didn't provide; a great rule of thumb is to take it with a grain of salt if it's not BHG providing it. We have not provided a full calendar of the rotating instant upgrades.
