Winter for the Ages lack of Discounts

The Winter for the Ages is not discounting many buildings/troops. Specifically this quote is not functioning "Winter for the Ages has officially begun! Classical, Medieval, Gunpowder, and Enlightenment Age upgrades are 50% off including Aging up." -- many pre-industrial troops/buildings are not discounted. For example, the Gunpowder Mortar Infantry, and Enlightenment Factory. I didn't check them all but other users are reporting the same issue.

You can add on that list EA: Barracks, castle, parliament, embassy and factory. Can't tell about troop updates because armory is upgrading

As per Caledar Cold War discounts starts on January,2nd.

They are correct, it's when it ends. This year it's different in that it remains active for all Ages until the end.

They are doing it differently this year, but it's described here... appears the discounted percentage will decrease in 3 days, but it'll still be discounted.
