It would be great if we have switch base (manage bases) option available when the base which is being loaded is under attack or being scouted.

Sometimes it goes to 3+ minutes if the base is under attack. I wish to move on to my other base and do something useful instead of waiting.

I guess 3mins must seem like an eternity if you can't put your device down.
But l agree having the option to switch to another account would be worthwhile.

I don’t want to put my device down when I’m in the gaming mode. I rarely open the game and when I’m not able to play the game for this reason, it is irritating.
