Update to our Banning Policy (12/20/19)

We take cheating seriously and have doubled our efforts to root out those who abuse the game, making it less fun for others. We have reassessed our cheating policy and some exploits now carry an automatic permanent ban for the first offense. Please pass the word to players in your alliances and feel free to send cheaters our way.

One thing you can be sure of... We will send cheaters your way 100%. This stricter banning policy was long overdue but better late than never!!! Keep it up!

Sounds good to me. Did you by any chance look at the top players in the current event? How can you explain they have 2,1M points already? 2,5K is close to max after finishing stage 1 today. Add bonus stage to it. You end up with 10K. So what...

Accounts under rollback or ban should have to fly a flag of shame at their TC.

But, the issue is you ban also some things which are not cheating like hunting Stags and such. What about when you banned people in the event that donated to war bases, that was also incorrect.

See, we don’t know what your policy’s are and additionally your CS Team doesn’t know what they are either and therefore there are too many discrepancies within your own organization and hence unrightfully banning which takes ages to get you guys to sort it out. Some cases banning legitimate accounts forever and allowing bases to have every building upgrading continue to cheat.

Why don’t you reward a player when he reports a cheater, it would be a far more efficient system. I suggest 100 crowns reward for every cheater reported. Also send a confirmation that a player has been banned would be a nIce addition, your interpretation ‘for privacy reasons we can’t tell you anything of what we plan (not) to do doesn’t make sense.

ps. Fix screenshot so we can add screenshots of cheaters again.
ps2. Add a button ‘report this cheater’ would make reporting a cheater a lot easier.

Is anything being done about the entire global leaderboard in the event? It is almost certain that most of them cloned speedups.

I see the top most blatant offenders all getting cleared one by one, but is 4 million really a realistic number? That is almost 2 years of speedups.

This is false. They have NOT yet implemented this policy. They are blatantly lying. A cheater account which was previously 'rolled back' has only got a 7 day ban for now. Screw those guys.

It is necessary to completely abandon the practice of rollback! Only permanent ban for any fraud! If the player previously paid then became a cheater on this account let him bother to sue their money after the ban, do not be afraid of it!

This game can be played for free. It's the ones that want to win all the time that have the problem.

Hey, thanks you guys at BHG. I came across a base which just looked suspicious. None of the multiple upgrades or anything like that. Just a stupidly strong DA base, which unless the guy had loads of cash, just wasn’t achievable even in 5 years of playing. I reported him, got an email back from BHG with confirmation that indeed he had been cheating and was now banned. I logged back in, and indeed he has! So confirmation that BHG is sticking to their word on this, and keep it up guys and girls! This game is fun once again!
