Unable to search for wars

We are the Obsidian Order alliance. We have done many 20 vs. 20 wars. We only have 24 members that are opted in for war at the current time. We have been trying to start a war for 4 days and keep getting the response "search is unavailable at this time, try again later. We have sent several support tickets in explaining that we are trying to start a war with 20 participants but have been unable to. We haven'the had any problems in the past. Support keeps responding with the same answer reworded each time but saying "you must select in multiples of 5".

This has been going on for 2 weeks, we keep getting told "be patient" but since it isn'the affecting everybody doesn'the seem like they are working very hard on the issue.
