Only an idiot would surround notre dame by walls. This certainly is a stupid cheater.

When you enclose ND in walls, it expands the range of the zone that attacking troops avoid. There’s no reason to go through the walls so they will go around.

But then, is there a reason ND has to be in that wall enclosure? You can just have an empty wall enclosure for that purpose.

The only difference is that they could drop into an empty wall enclosure. I’ve created similar obstacles using single wall pieces inside an enclosure.
