TinSoldier no longer with BHG

I just read in a post in “News and Announcements” section of the forum that TinSoldier has left BHG

Hey LordStark,

I'm just another one of the team members, haven't been around in quite a while but I'm around to try and help smooth the gap after Tin's departure.

Tin was by far the best of the lot and helped us the best he could. I for sure will be missing him.

Sorry to say but he was very bad on communication, news announcement, etc. I would have fired him since longtime...maybe he was limited in his actions..can’t tell..
last 12 months he was a ghost..anyway..this game is dead so it doesn’t make any difference

Is that why we haven't had any weekend event details on a Thursday in the news section for a few weeks now? I miss those, it was very useful to plan how to use my crowns in advance.

What makes you say it’s dead? i’ve noticed it being a bit livelier lately, especially since the clampdown on cheaters.

We don’t know what constraints BHG placed on him with what he was allowed/ not allowed to comment on. For the most part he did a pretty decent job. Gonna miss you TS

Hmm..so what is the use of a moderator than? Just to ban and close inpropriate posts? I expect him to be full time on this forum, chat, etc to give support, answer questions, etc.
I have another view on client support. I work myself 25 yrs in client support for bank software..I have banks as clients and they are not easy! Golden rule= communicate! Communicate!

Spaceboy, you don't know the constraints, nor know the exact job details (time allocated for each sort of task). Instead you make assumptions based on your clear negativity towards the game. You "expect" full time on forum and chat but you did not define the job's details.
