The Obstruction transmitter lv 10 is a boost to what they call AR Effect but do that include both duration, speed and damage or only 1 or 2 of these 3 effects?

I would think the speed boost and damage increase is the effect of the AR. The duration isn't really an effect - it just happens to be the time of the assault rally based on it's level ...

But good question that could use clarification.

The Munition affects only speed and damage of Assault Rally, not the duration.
