I feel the 50% discount events are great and hope to see them continue.
The most useful one I believe is the for forest clearing as lack of space hurts everyone.
The next best one is Library Research. It allows the unlocking of techs priced to high for an age that has if unlocked.
I like to see these repeated more often.

Id disagree with you on whats best.

General Discount is by far the best.(in all reality any 50% oil discount trumps anything else.)

Hell id take a 25-33% oil discount over a 75% food/gold discount.

LordJestix So well said. Any oil discount is to be taken. I've cancelled armory researches just to get those gens up. And also buildings to get oil promo buildings done. What is some days research when you think of the pain of farming and keeping this oil!

Yep, i was saving up for my first bunker until we got 50% off all Library. I just saved 36k oil on my Chapter 5 for Leadership. 5 day research though so i wont be able to get any more deals from the library.

Yah, it would've been good to get a time discount with the library too.
Upgrading buildings allows multiples to be done, depending on workers, but without time reductions you can only do 1 or 2 library upgrades. At least with the higher chapters.

Worst part is I grinded Sunday and Monday and Tuesday (i was sick and didnot go to work) to get 89k oil to start last chapter aviation and one day later, I get the news 50% off lib upgrades. FML!

Usually i just started an upgrade the day or two before as well so i rarely get to benefit from the weekend discounts.

i want a time reduction events, these 50% discount is great but the problem is.

We can raid and get these resources but we can never reduce time for upgrading anything.

So a request to Domination's crew, please make a event that give us discount in upgrading or building time.
