I think the biggest issue between players and Nexon right now is communication. Atomic age might fix everything that us players are having issue with (not a good track record with updates) but very little information is being given, a the bit here and there with vague language. Players are getting more and more frustrated and are starting to drop out if the game, others have boycotted any spending of money on the game. And poor NB4 is the only one trying to put fires out, everyone is expecting him to answer all their questions and fix their problems when he can't. And I understand why y'all can't give us a specific date, but just giving us a date range would help tremendously, not a few weeks, not soon, not very close, all of those mean nothing to a player who is longer able to attack without losing hours of training time, and not to mention medals and missed resources. And what happens when we reach out to customer support? We get pre-generatd responses that clearly show no one actually read the whole issue that was sent there.
Communication is key here, if there is a problem admit it, tell us how your going to fix it, and when your going to fix it. Be as transparent as possible, or you will lose players and profit. And for God's sake have the customer support representative read the whole post before giving the same old premade response. And I understand all of this is easier said than done but it needs addressed.
Next point. All resources should be put on fixing this game. If not players will leave and you lose your profits. No amount of new content will make a player play a game that doesn't function. Especially if you can't do the main activity of raiding that allows you to take part in the new content. Fix your stuff, then give us new content.
and final rant, $50 for 3 more builders..... Really Nexon?....
