Similar problem as Omegaman: I should have finished a Leonardo research in university earlier today. I received the 7 workers back to the pool, but the reseach is still running with 1 day 11 hours left. It shows -3 workers and the 1d 11 are is not decreasing since this morning
Furthermore I started a Selassie research for 8h and 4 workers. Wokers have not been removed from the pool, and the research shows again 1d 11 h left with -3 workers.

Have sent screenshots to support, who was so kind to advice to reinstall the game and clear the cache ... haha ... years ago the replay would have been annoying, today I can hardly wait for the next funny reply for support team. These guys always make me laugh.

Maybee you can tell your CS to stop saying to erase cache or reinstall the game….. fix things!!!! I cant study anymore at university because its stuck at 1D11H …..

also I noticed that when the new airstrip is upgrading, say from level 1 to level 2, the total air capacity you should have is messed up after retrains... (i suspect its just not accounting for the capacity from that upgrading airstrip)

If anyone has the University Research bug mentioned earlier you can fix it by
1/ Start another research on a different uni leader
2/ Exit game
3/ Restart game...your bugged research will have completed.
4/ Cancel the other research if not needed, you lose half the cost

My university just disappeared. I started a 3rd research, and the 2 previous ones have been finished. Well, not a perfect solution but fine for the moment

Typically, the capacity shouldn't be affected by an upgrading airstrip, only when it's finished upgrading.
What effects to the capacity have you noticed?

Cant craft in museum hit the craft tab it brings up the next window but with no tab to either exit or next item

is the second airstrip on upgrade and you did retrain option after battle? in that case those two planes are in that second airstrip under upgrade. you ll get them back after you finish your upgrade or cancel it

But here is the biggest bug...and funnily enough it's been around a long long time now - Game Security.
I together with my team colleagues have noticed that Game Security has been turned off completely,either by accident or negligence.
For instance we are currently at war with Ardor TW. They used to be decent opponents,but now Game Security has been forgotten about they decided to use every hack in the book.

3 X Rocket Garrisons ✔️

So BHG_Muet we were kind of disappointed that Game Security still remains firmly in the off position even with the advent of Space Age. Please switch it ON otherwise there really is no point in warring with the ridiculous number of cheat alliances now out there. Think how you would feel if after buying troop tactics out of your own wallet and filling strongholds to see this crap continuing

Yes all this evidence has been sent in already to CS to ignore,again

Currently playing from a top #10 alliance, I am finding it increasingly repulsive to keep playing and paying for this game. There are atleast 10-12 teams in top 100 that cheat blatantly and have been reported endlessly by many who have faced them.
1. 5* cheats
2. Time cheats in ww
3 .Use or extra citizen (some go up to 100 citizen)
4 .Crown cheats
5. Museum cheats
​​​​​​6. Matrix mode cheats 7. Coalition cheats
8. Free troop tactics cheats
9. Resources cheats
10. Extra buildings (like 5-15 missile silos, 3-4 RA, 4-5 mercy camps, u name it, there are examples with reporting of all)

Why shelter them, even when the community is ready to asdias you to show who and what they are doing ?

They simply are not your paying customers #Nexon. Why are you not bothered when your non-paying customers are destroying the community base by engaging in malpractice and game exploits. How are you expecting your paying customers base to engage and continue to spend and Cherish this game and it's creators, if you are not able to provide them a cheat free environment.

Don't understand why the developers continue to be consumed in working on new ages. What is the point of it all if you can't build something that works without succumbing to massive flaws. Extremely disappointed of how they have continued to ignore the basic flaws in game and are bothered with fixing graphics and what not. #washingoffhands

Atleast show the decency and honesty in Letting your customer base know that you are able to fix some things while there are some things beyond your scope. Remember, they same people who have been fueling your company with their money will cease to exist if you fail to safeguard their interests.
