(Solved) [Forum] Effectively banned from the forum due to the "Invalid birthday" forum bug

I had to create a new account to post this because I've lost access to my old account. So this is what happened.

Apparently now your forum password expires after 65 days and you cannot access the forum unless you change your password.

So, I tried to change the password but upon clicking the "Save Changes" I was shown the "You have entered an invalid birthday" error.

Now I'm stuck with an expired password which means I'm unable to access the forum with that account.

This is not a new bug either. Here's a post reporting this bug back in Dec. 2014, i.e. half a year ago

Please fix this as soon as possible.

AlexTheRota - I have the same Invalid Birthday problem on my account. Cannot update any of my info/passwords because of this. Can you please look into this? Thank you!

The invalid birthday issue should be solved now.

I can confirm that the root cause - the "Invalid Birthday" error - has been fixed.

My attempt to change my password just now was successful.

Yeah I had same problem, they told me to delete game and re-install. Did that got account back with no change of password, but now I am classified as a new member and have lost all of my submitted complaints to customer service... I think this is probably deliberate by Nexon/bhg so they do not have to address so many people complaining about this game. I put in a request for my Medal League status to be corrected about 3 months ago, I am stuck on Copper 1, now have 1125 medals and the game just doesn't update at all, I must have lost Millions in Bonuses/trade goods etc, but now I guess they can say they have no record of these issues... I am pretty sure this game is being developed by a bunch of Kids on Raspberry Pies!!! This would explain a lot about this game, like when you get an Animal blessing it is Modeled on a White hart STAG, but guess what the only thing you will never ever see during an animal blessing is??? You guessed it a STAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know why??? Coz their worth CROWNS!!!! False advertising or what... Trades descriptions act would throw the book at them...
