Rally times?

What are your wait times for rally?I picked German and I am getting 30 seconds. I really thought I was getting 30 seconds before I picked a nation. I put a ticket in and they responded with" The default duration of the "rally" in other Nations were 35 seconds" I never saw 35 seconds before I picked Germany.

Anyone want to chime in? Whats your time you wait to get rally after you deploy it the 1st time?
