Please set up an AMA with BHG staff

Can we request that a select group of staff from BGH host a thread and take questions and concerns from the player base about issues from bugs, future updates, feedback from the player base, etc.

It’s common these days to see it on Reddit from random organizations.

I think it would go a long way if a select team of members joined the thread.
1 Programmer - coder
1 CS rep
1 content developer
1 LTG rep.

We want to see all their view points and bring up things that haven’t went so well or went really well.

I’ve brought this topic up before with the team. I’ve also asked that they take the time to pop into the forums now and again to give additional insight. This isn’t out of the question and may take some time, but there is certainly interest in doing something like this. I’ll bring it up to the team again.

Some things like the uni speedup bug should not really be in flux. You’ve known about it for a while. I’m a software developer. It should take nowhere this long to fix it.

For starters - thank you for responding to this topic and bringing up some news about this subject. We really need to know more information about the game and what’s happening these days. The community does have some questions going on in the game these days.

Maybe some simple questions to start off.

The community has brought up issues with certain reoccurrence of bugs that have never been addressed for some reason.

University speed up keeps disappearing when you log off the game. The Library and Building speed up don’t appear to have this issue. It’s been report multiple times.

Why is this issue not being addressed with the coding?

Troop request for donations appears to be having the same issue. What type of coding issue is happening here?

The programmers haven’t fixed this issue for a long time now. What is going on?

There an issue with museum loadouts. Since the day of the release. It’s causing major issues in war with phantom museums. The server not registering our gear.

I know what you meant in the first post. But I sent you some questions to bring to the programming team with screen shots of bugs that have been happening for a long time now.

Did you bring these questions to the team and have any idea of what’s to come to fix them?

Why can’t I get real report of what hit my War base instead crap like this that makes me think people are cheating. Why have my request for an actual report that shows what hit my base so hard to provide. This has been issue since day 1

Before ya start I know AI projections are wrong since y’all did not do it right and it reads number of strifes as extra aircraft but still don’t answer why I can’t get a simple report of every single thing that hit my bases % accurate. This crap we never truly know if the hit was legit and builds complete distrust in BHG so get the dam owner in here to answer this one .

One very pissed off players base wants this crap fixed
