Official Forum format is broken

Ever since late last week (24-Jun), the forum is nearly entirely unreadable. Most posts are "black on blue" formatting, buttons are the same and images are broken in many places.
TheWise Leviathan Can you back out that change so we can again read the original messages?

Agreed, these colors are completely illegible! We're working to get this sorted.

Appears the issue is bigger than format/colors. Getting this error and seeing errors on the 'hover' ... seems like the forum software took an update/config change that broke something last week. Was fine during the day Friday.

I'd send a screenshot but getting "invalid file type" errors on jpeg and png format screenshots.

There's an "Unconfigured PHP Module" error on this thread screen at the bottom.
