Not getting rewards from videos...

I have two games. One is fine, but one has not been getting any rewards from the videos in three days now. I get the "processing rewards..." with the small text that says closing window won't affect delivery, but that window never closes and I'm not getting delivery at all.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yep, It feels like I've watched the Immortal Conquest promo several hundred times over the past few days just hoping that THIS ONE will pay me my measly 3 crowns...still waiting...and hoping.

Well, be glad that you have the option to get free crowns... On IOS we don't have that possibility....

Ummm - I'm on iOS and I have been getting free crowns & trade good shipments & an occasional merc troop, which is why I'm missing them. Sorry to hear you haven't been getting them at all - that stinks!

There are days when the videos just don't play and the game crashes to homepage. When this occurs I just wait till the next day and it seems to work fine again. I'd say 80+% of the time I get my rewards.

I'm not getting rewards either. I play on iPhone and iPad, so doesn't seem like a problem with my devices......

I play on iOS and android. I can battle only on android, because iPad is an older generation. I do not have the option to watch videos on my iOS either. On my android the video service always seems to be running, even after I close the game. After I open the game on my android a notification pops up on my iPad saying my troops are awaiting my command. Really?? Im in the game commanding my troops. Personally I believe the videos are a way for hackers and cheaters to infiltrate the game again like last year. The problem seemed to be under control until this video service started. I love Dominations and I really want it to succeed, but it never will until they fix the problems.

Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the crown off the free offer ads I've noticed myself I have to click it three or four times with a few errors in between there but if you're persistent and keep trying it normally works that's my two cents anyway

With iOS I have to clear memory by holding down the home and on/off button if I have used my iPad for any other app at all. Otherwise, no reward

You have to clear memory with iOS unless you use your device solely for dominations

Not surprisingly Nb4powerup and TinSoldier have not said anything on the forums, apart from the occasional announcement, for 3 weeks.
They must be on holidays but it would be nice to get some feedback from them about SuperSonic. Sonic are seriously ''shonky''!

when the reward in crowns does not appear, check the inventory there, the rewards appear as blessings and products, what if it does not come out are the messages that you have received certain rewards
