Not being able to click through lights from GENERALS

You may have noticed that one day it became impossible to click through lights from GENERALS
Some users use this to protect their OIL REFINERY, making it impossible to RALLY towards the structure
5 or 6 DESTRUCTION is also impossible, as touching OIL REFINERY becomes impossible
I was wondering if it is something intended by the development team, or is it just a bug.
AND if it is a bug, will there be any punishment (banning for several days) or just be left until future fix?

Yup, this has been commented on previously, its the "aura of the general cloaking device" clearly of Romulan origin....

Some could be doing it without even knowing about it.
In fact, on my war-base it looks nearly the same, and I did not know about it until a few days ago...

This is not a critical abuse or something, just report the issue to the CS, and maybe they will patch it with next update.
Until then, just relax and think about your attack style.
