New single player campaigns.

I was playing today and I checked out my single-player campaigns when I suddenly realised that single-player campaigns end at Viking Conquests, which happened in Medieval age. I think so much more could be added, like Napoleonic wars, WW1, WW2 etc. I know that nobody really plays them, but they are a good source of crowns. Also, it's weird for it to suddenly end there.

Yes, this is a good idea down the road. Let's get some of the bugs resolved first however...

• french and Indian wars - gunpowder age
• Boers war - enlightenment age
• Napoleonic wars - enlightenment age

I wish the campaigns were more tutorial based or challenge based.
Give me a set of troops / tactics and a base and lets see if I can do it. Right now they're kind of just wait until you out level them, then tear through them during a piece treaty for loot and crowns.
