The Design team heard your feedback on Liberty Bell and will be updating the Legendary Artifact prior to release.

Just wondering if the design team has heard our feedback on the heli range/targeting that's not working as intended?

Thank you for your feedback, the Design team will be taking another pass at the Liberty Bell and updating the bonuses prior to release.

I think it’s a bit too late for that and it’s the perfect addition to a mortar museum, so the player base will be pissed if it’s changed now. However, we’d all love to see legendaries that enhance the viability of other troops in battles. This approach could help BHG boost revenue and increase player interest. For example, I don’t see how heavy tanks can regain their relevance, given that bunkers spawn 3 tanks and tank depots also with Rallied Reinforcement from Parliament, which will overpower HT’s easily. Moreover, with every update more DST is added which will slow HT’s down tremendously. Infiltrators have become obsolete with MG tower surpression and even more so with the introduction of five new houses. So, it seems that AH and MRL’s are the only troops that can still be introduced and be made useful.

I implore you to first consult the community for suggestions etc before introducing new things!

we have given them pages and pages of suggestions on how to make this game better (I have written a whole essay of many pages long), improve the mechanics, gain popularity, fix the imbalances, introduce new gameplay, new ladder etc etc COUNTLESS suggestions!!
Some were heard but overall they remain afraid to change certain key points of this game.

The fact that they will review the Drum v2 is good though.

Wow, cant believe you guys folded because of some of the typical D peeps crying as usual. lol. mortars Have only one good arty…the drum. Be nice to have another good 5 liner arty for mortar attack , the others like Gemini helmet and Julius Caesar are one liners . Thats actually terrible . Disappointing to get mortar people excited about this arty and then take it away . Really disappointed with BHG these days . it’s just wrong IMO to do that .

So first eveyone comes on to complain about the new artifact, then, when they say they’ll review it, everyone else comes on to support it. Nice.

oh no. It's never happened before that you've folded after so few people have spoken.
The artefact has 5 perfect lines for the most common attack type.
And even other attacks benefit from 3 very good lines, as these are perfectly generic.

I think the similarity to the drum is okay, since I can't exhibit the drum twice.

All the complainers forget that a single legendary artefact has never been the deciding factor for or against an attack type. It's more the general circumstances such as troop balancing and coalition bonuses that are greater than any artefact.
However, I dare say that all those who spend an average of 400 dollars on ‘two drums’ will also be very unhappy if the balancing is changed shortly after purchase and the supposedly good troops become useless.

The problem is BHG has totally ignored other combos and the liberty bell in the form they post would just add to everyone using mortar seige combo.

I have plenty of O legendary Artifacts including the drum jc statue and just about all good O artifacts. We did not need another mortar artifact we need something to bring new life to stuff not used.

But by all means complain cry all ya want for or against Mortar version of liberty bell. I enjoy the crying either way.

Can used yes. Made useful not so sure, especially with heli's screwed up range/targeting

Part that kills me is I see Offense players saying it’s cause of crying of Defenders that the liberty bell is under review.

Well it would be better for the defenders only to have one combo to worry with. It will make life easier on O players the more combo’s available harder on Defense cause we can only nerf 1 or 2 combo at most so more viable combo more chance to catch D guy set up for a different combo.
