Network Connection error

Hey,

since about 2 days I have a massive increase of network connection error when I want to start new things. Doesn’t matter if university or docks or buildings. Every time a citizen is needed, a network connection error is popping up.

the reinstall of the game had no impact on this. It’s nearly unplayable right now. Maybe something is wrong. Maybe there is a anti cheat tool implemented which is checking the maximum possible working citizens. I have the additional house. Maybe this leads to an issue which needs to be solved.
Leviathan can you check this?

the connection error is also popping up sometimes after multiplayer battles when I want to renew my troops. The troops are not lost, sometimes I just have to hit the button again after reopen the app.

i am using a iPhone 8 with the newest iOS.

Same problem, my wifi is running at 198Mdps, yet dominations cannot load, and if it loads you have to wait through 20, please waits before you can do anything.

Now i have a serious issue. I cannot enter my account anymore. I was trying to gather from the oil leakage and it showed me one again “network connecting error” after restarting the app, it’s telling me this error every time I want to enter the game.with other words: I cannot reach the support, I cannot reach the chat, I cannot do anything!

please help me!

I have the same issue. I was getting an error message every time I gather resources or send an expedition from shipyard since the yesterday. Since today afternoon I cannot load the game anymore. The error message appears immediately after my city shows up.

Exactly the same issue. Argel from customer support was the one who was asking me specific questions. Game master Jan was only sending me useless templates. Now the problem got very serious. Because this game master was not listening to me. Dump guy -.-

Argel from customer support was asking me detailed and specific questions written by himself and no template. The next game master, I guess he is called game master jan was only sending me templates and closed the ticket and was not reading what i was telling the support. I guess I found the issue and the calculation error from the server to the client. And the only thing he was sending me were the standard trouble shooting templates!!! Argel was the one who was correctly reading my messages.... Now I cannot communicate with support anymore because of this issue. Thank you game master jan!!!!

Read the f*ckin messages when I send you detailed information about serious bugs!!! I am really f*cked off. And everybody who knows me, know: I am really hard to get angry! I am an advanced user and I really know what I am talking about! Argh!!!

i have same problem since three days... BHG are not giving answer anymore... they keep giving me troop tactics but i cant use them... i also have four citizen stuck in fruit trees whit time going up... 15 000 sec+...please i need help

Same here, I’m having issues constantly... messaged customer support a few times and they keep saying follow the steps... I’m using new iPhone / iPads on iOS 14 tried on WiFi and phone network in the UK no luck. Can play other games no issues... why is this ? Photo attached.

Having the same issue. Couldn’t use citizens to do a task that wasn’t instant. Getting cider was fine, raiding and adjusting base worked fine. Only when I try to assign a task like build, expedition, university, it said internet issue. That was all day yesterday But today it was worse since now it won’t login in saying internet connectivity issue. It’s been 10 hours so far and going.

its getting worse... yesterday i had 4 citizen stuck in fruit trees whit time going up instead of down !!! this morning i have only 17 citizen while i had 21 before...
