Multiple Major Ally War Bugs - War is completely unworkable

Our ally, Invincible, is extremely proud of our war record. We have won 33 consecutive wars. In fact, our current opponent is one we have fought and beat just last week. Our expectation was to have a decisive victory in this war. We have been plagued by numerous bugs and issues which, if not fixed, leads to a very strong chance we will lose this war.

Bugs happen. We get it. But there have been so many bugs this war, and they have been so severe, we simply cannot overcome them all. No one can.

1. We have an organized system of attacking. At the start of war, half our members could not make their planned attacks due to the poor rollout of the current update. Specifically, members were unable to attack their target and received an error message stating they needed to update their game. The Apple update was unavailable, and we had no knowledge as to when the update would be made available. The 24 hour war countdown was going and we couldn't wait, so members had to attack the wrong bases. This should simply never happen.

I know. It is a known issue. It affected everyone and is resolved now. OK, moving on...

2. Members attacked and earned stars, yet the results often showed ZERO stars were earned. Accordingly, other members attacked these bases which were already defeated. This issue was never resolved.

3. There are only 5 hours left in war for our team. Our members are earning 5 star attacks, yet the war record is showing incorrectly. Look at the video above, a clear 5 star attack. Look at the above screenshot. You can clearly see our 5 star attack was recorded as a 4 star attack. This is a major issue for our ally as our plan is to always 5 star each base, so our members now lose attacks hitting bases that have already been 5 starred.

War provides the highlight of fun in the game. Most wars suck as one side clearly outscores the other. The pinnacle of the game is when two high-scoring allies fight each other. We were all looking forward to that fun, and our ally was robbed of it today.

War is THE reason our members play. If the game did not have war, our ally would not exist. I have multiple members talking about permanently leaving the game as a result of today's issue. If we can't have confidence in war results, the game loses all competitive fun. We need a solid solution immediately. We also need your CS team to be immediately available during wars to fix issues on an emergency basis.

PS. Yes, I already opened a ticket with Customer Service. I think we all know what is going to happen. First, they wont respond until after the war is over. There needs to be a "affects current war" or emergency option for tickets.

Very sad ex. Nexon support is non-existent. One would think that they would test these updates before they roll them out in order to minimize bugs. Even though they said the issue is fixed I just crashed twice because of "Network Issue". I lost all troop and tactics being built. The issues are not resolved. Love the game but hoping Nexon will sell it to a company that knows what they are doing and perhaps have devs that know how to program.

...and it happened again with another base. One of our members, The SmallEasy, attacked base 12 and cleared 100% of the base, but the game apparently recorded 10%. So now instead of that base being complete, we had to have another member attack it who failed, and so now we have to hit it yet again.

We play this game for competitive fun and entertainment. All we are getting is frustration. Worse, the responses are not even close to fast enough. The last time we reported an issue during war, we received a response days later. Not helpful.

Same here. We can't fight a war if the star count is inaccurate. This is a complete mess on top of the changes to the alliance searches. Nexon, you are killing off your most loyal alliances

Well the war is over and, thankfully, the numerous issues didn't cost us the win.

What is beyond disappointing is this thread was created 36 hours ago...and no response from Nexon. Likewise, there has been no response to my CS ticket.

Yes, I did see the announcement; however, it isn't enough....not even close. We have major issues involving the game's most important function, war. We have "updates" which constantly break the game. We have numerous issues which were reported over 9 months ago regarding game crashes, bad AI where units attack the wall for no reason, video replays of attacks not matching the results, targets which show "player is being attacked" message for DAYS on end when the longest attack is under 4 minutes, and much more. As terrible as these issues are, the poor communication from CS and these forums, combined with tossing 100 crowns when it would take THOUSANDS of crowns to undo the damage....there are games in open beta with more stability then we are seeing here.

Frustrating and disappointing.

Over 4 days have passed. No response from Nexon or the CS ticket I submitted. The game has been out over a year, the bugs and cheating have reached massive proportions, and we can't even have wars that are close to valid. I am really trying to hang on here...as I have since the beginning....but there are other games, and life out there as eieio shared. Any sane person would have moved on already, but like others, I am addicted to the game to a degree and really want to see it fixed. With that said, at some point we have to accept unrealized potential may never be fulfilled and move on.

Yeap. Wasted effort on non existent customer service.

I know that feel bro.
Our alliance is also on a record of a 53-6 record.

The only thing that keeps me playing this game is the alliance we have built.
