War generals: Please consider finding a way where players can personally decide which generals go into the fort and Pentagon. As is,it gets confusing and frustrating for many players. I feel strategic we should be able to control our own strategy here.
VIP store: Please consider individualizing a players store based on what they like to use. Presently my VIP store keeps rolling out multiple wall manuals which I can’t use. My walls are 100% done. I personally use and need Motor machine guns, Air training blessings, Humvee armies and 12hour-one day speed ups. I often buy those types so it seems to me that the VIP store should somehow know this. Besides, individualizing the VIP stores will also benefit BHG as far as revenues. Give players what they want and need.
Lowering medals: Now this has to be the most disliked thing players across the board like to do. There must be an easier way to do this. I would love to just push a button to a particular level and be there immediately. Think about this one. You will make so many players happy.
VIP points: We really need a better explanation as to how and if this is working. I realized a week ago that my crown buys were not generating VIP points. Please look into this component of the game. By the way, I love the VIP store. Excellent idea.

On a side note, your new push to address cheaters is a hit. Many of us are impressed and hope you continue operating on the war path against cheaters. Also, VIP customer service is excellent. My VIP rep, and you know who you are, is exceptional and BHG is lucky to have her. I won’t say her name as I don’t want everyone contacting her because my guess is she is already overwhelmed.

Absolutely agree , vip store , VIP customer service are great .the anti cheating is great . My one concern is the multiple strikes system only works if the hacked base isn't digital age if say the account was created in April and is now a 300+ level all gens to 80 all Defense done and they get a 14 day ban and a strike 1 they don't have to cheat again until the next age . Basically getting a 14 day vacation after all their hard work hacking. They don't even lose the hacked progress on the 1sr 14 day offense. Second to that is if it's maxed for free and the reason behind the only a 14 day ban is well they spent some money ....well if they save a few thousand dollars on the crowns saved by maxing the base it's not a big deal to then buy some legendary artifact or cards .. meanwhile legit players are spending 2/3rds more because they still need crowns to build the base and probably have to pass occasionally on a legendary that if they had the same advantage they would easily be able to purchase. Not to mention the huge number of maxed accounts that aren't legit is the leading contributer to bad war match as they are hacked they should be at the level they earned not what they hacked.

my 2 cents:

1. those that have gained tremendous progress through cheating should be rolled back to the point where they played legit. If they cheated all the way from iron to sa/da then permanent ban should be their punishment. Nothing else.
2. VIP store and in general, VIP system should take into account the players devotion and account creation date. Give something to the players that never cheated, played right from 2015-2016 and supported this game!

2 years too late. Thousands of people left the game because of rampant cheating.

3.5 millions of players, but only 240 000 active ones the last 30 days
last 14 days: 215 608
last 7 days: 193 364

so less players are connecting...50´000 less players in 30 days if I extrapolate. Might be related to holidays I hope as this is definitely a bad trend.

Though some did leave if the total experience is changing for the positive then more players will download and play the game , the environment had become toxic a new beginning here will be great for the game , the company, and us the player's , my #1 issue all this time was cheating now that that's being addressed the game will return to want we all found in it years ago.

One reason your seeing less log in activity is the number of bans being given daily is infinitely more than the entire last two years probably combined. The shedding skin will be healthy long term

I see more bases now than ever with all buildings upgrading. It seems that Nexon still does nothing about them even after reporting.

Looking at their patch notes they don’t even explain what they are fixing/patching so it seems misguided to believe that they have been doing anything at all.

Well that was an understatement. "Some" people left. Who're you kidding? Thousands left. In masses.
Just because they got you excited with all these bans and roll backs don't get your hopes up. This game been in decline since 2017. Nexon just wants to milk us for what we've got left, before servers go offline in '21

Look at it this way ....they are very serious about this cheating and like the police on a raid they aren't going to say what they did or are planning to do like the police would not call first to say hey your at 1456 Piper st right ...ok we will be coming at 5pm to the South side entrance we will bring 10 cops so please leave that door unlocked and be laying face down in the lawn...that would be great thanks . Not all these cheats are done "in game" so as they block something the technology and method will lead to blocking others .. also remember if they block the workers hack say yesterday in the update those currently doing it before will still show that way for a couple weeks

I would like to chime in here and agree with the generals idea - that would be great!

In regards to the crown purchases not giving VIP points,I also got caught by this. The text clearly says that EVERY crown purchase gives VIP points. But when I bought crowns in the Christmas tiered sale, expecting it to take me to the next VIP level since I am only a few short, it didn’t give me any. I hit up customer support about it and they told me that only “some” crown purchases get VIP points. It’s false advertising and the only thing I have ever tried to get a refund for - unsuccessfully I might add - which left a bad taste in my mouth.

In the same vein, the crown offers that are available through the window at the bottom right (and really any crown purchase anywhere) should indicate how many VIP points will be gained rather than making the purchaser guess.

Finally I want to add my hearty approval of your recent efforts against cheating. It has been a long time coming, but very glad to see progress being made. Keep it up!
