The 20% boost to an attribute bonus. Do I have to finish upgrading every attributes and pick one for the 20% boost or just finished one to get the 20% boost. It’s confusing.

it means tha you can max a certain line starting from 11% and make it 20%. that is all. You don't get an extra 20% or anything else on top of that

11% when the attribute is unlooked. And the same atribute could be yoped up tu 20%
