Increased Alliance Gate capacities missing in wars after the matchmaking update?

I have recently finished the first part of the Sally Ride university research and got +5 alliance gate spaces. That IS showing up in multiplayer when I ask for donations. However, it's not showing on the war map. (It also shows up correctly when I click on Info on the Alliance Gate).

I think there are other problems with the War base troop capacity counts:

I'm French, and typically had 39 spaces. However, I'm down to 36. Some folks are also claiming that their level 10 Alliance Gate upgrade (to get another +3) isn't being reflected either. For instance, one guy who is level 10 + French used to have 42 spaces. He is down to 39.

Have you tried it in the next war after you got your upgrades? In our alliance, one of our SA guys got all the Sally donation upgrades, and had the same problem in the coming war, with no additional troop space in war map. But in the consequent war it worked fine.

Well I'm missing 2 sets of troops: If I click on my Alliance Gate info, it says I should have 44. In the war screen my TC shows 36. Last war I had 39. So it seems like I'm missing both the +5 from Sally and also +3 from either being French or when the Alliance gets an extra +3 for hitting a certain level.

We also have bases that had higher counts last war showing reduced. 42 -> 39, etc.

Another confirmation: neither Sally Ride nor the Alliance Gate perk are applying to alliance gate donations on defense.

Sally Ride did not apply to defense when it was released, but eventually that bug was fixed and it did apply... but this bug is back. The alliance perk missing is new altogether.

the problem is mainly in the defensives troops donated in the war bases

We have just started a war and most off are bases are down on alliance troops as well. 2 iron age base's can only get 6 troops and a global with 39 capacity is noe down to 27 troop spaces in chat and war base.

I think the bonus 3 from a level 3 alliance are missing as well as the sally ride bonus for defense only in war screen donations.

I can receive 50 troops for attacks/multiplayer defense, but only 27 for defense in war. I am missing the 3 bonus from alliance gate and the 20 from sally ride

It's not only Sally. I have not yet done the Sally research and am lacking 3 supply in war base. Same for others in the alliance. Probably the perk is not effective anymore?

Same problem here . After sally upgrade i have 44 spaces in. Farm and 36 spaces in war . Before sally i had 39 spaces becouse im. French nation Waitin to solve that bug..

You can add my whole alliance to this list. War Base donations went down by 3 troop spaces.

Same problema here. WW bases cannot receive their troops fully, only part, normally I saw Donation Capacity -3.

Same bug in our alliance... everyone has 3 troop space less.... only in troops donated for defending war bases. . . no problem with regular request troops from chat menu.... not problem with donated troop tactics capacity

TinSoldier is there an update to this? It's been a very long time to have an alliance perk taken away and virtually no updates or explanations

If it had been the other way around that we got 3 more spaces it would have been fixed within 12 hours
