heavy tank produce machine gunners on destruction?

so what if… on destruction, heavy tanks produced a machine gun infantry? Like how win factories are destroyed and you have the resistance researched in the library, the factory spawns a heavy tank… It could happen both on offense and defense. That way it would be balanced… Or what if when the machine gun tower was destroyed. It produced a machine gun infantry or something like that

Both things already happen in higher ages - MG from destroyed HT and MG from destroyed MG tower.(has to be researched tho')
