Had it with these bugs

I started playing the game over a month ago and I bought the 2500 crowns + house package (small chest icon), I got the house but not the crowns I was too lazy to report about this but now I'm doing it, if you need recipts of the purchase would be more than happy to cooperate. Now I have a new bug: -4000 crowns and also lost the 1000 crowns I had already, so please I really had it with these bugs so fix this and compensate me. Thanks, if this won't be fixed it will just reach higher and get reported to Apple or a different company that is related to this and would start making problems for you guys. Thanks,
