Game still crashing

Today there was some kinda new update which mentioned fixing crashes but it has not fixed mine which has been there for over 2 weeks now.
I still crash at about 15% of the loading bar every single time and don't seem to be the only one with this problem.

Just making this post to let you know the new update didn't fix a thing for me.

What device and OS are you running the game on?

Running into the same problem. I'm using a Samsung galaxy tab 4 t 231 with kitkat os. Recent patch still doesn't work, game still won't go past initial splash screen.

Im running it on a Nexus 5 with Lollipop os.


I do suspect it maybe has something to do with my roads being bugged and getting stuck on an upgrade for a few weeks before the update?
Is it possible to modify my town and remove every road and refund the cost if possible? I'd really just wanna play already.

I told the support what i've told here and the only thing i got back was the usual canned answer of them already being aware of the issue so i guess they ain't gonna look into my case more right now.

This crap is soon going on for 6 weeks, how is it possible nothing has been done?

Hey Ara - did you connect to the game with a Google+ account? I'm asking this because I recently nuked my phone while tinkering with root/flashing. I also ended up swapping phones, but both times I fully reloaded Android. I then re-installed Dominations and when I did it recognised the Google+ account, and asked me if I wanted to load that game - so everything stayed at the same point and I didn't loose any gameplay.

I was wondering if you had the option to fully uninstall and reinstall - then re-connect via G+ - see if it helped?

What else have you tried?

Yes it's connected with the Google+ account, the game even opens up and seems normal till I load my own account, then it just freezes which makes me pretty certain it's something in my town but I guess the devs still haven't bothered to take a look. I've mainly just tried reinstalling it a bunch of times but it's always the same crash except one time when I managed to see my town for half a second before the game just froze and never did anything till I force quit it.

That really sux, it does sound like something in your town that's causing it to not load. Can't believe you've been left hanging for so long.

Yeah it does suck, actual support apart from the community managers here seems non-existent no matter how many tickets I send I get some useless pre written answer and nothing is done for weeks and weeks. Quite the shame because the game seems promising but it'll die with this kinda support.

Lucky you still happening to me iv never been able to make an account. Multiple updates and support tickets later and it still crashes on startup
