Game not transferring?

Hello i have a question. I recently downloaded dominations on my device and I got to level 12 so I'm Decently far. Then I got a new phone and tried to transfer over saves. Well on my new device it told me to do the tutorial so I did but didn't detect the save. Then on my old device it detects the new phones tutorial game. It's confusing but basically my old phone picks up the save on my new phone (level 1) but new phone doesn't pick up my old phones save (level 12). Sorry I wasn't sure exactly where to post this at so I just did it here.

lvl 12 is definitely decently far. you must have spent like 3 hours!!!! here let me help you out. This is the only message you will get from the mode here so ill repeat it.
