Game not getting newest update on Browser

Hey i have a account that i only play on dominations world. Since the last update iam not getting the newest game Version. I cleared the cache multiple times. But it always dowload the old Version so i cant get Donations cant vist bases and friendly battles. Iam also in war right now so thats really bad. Hope someone can help me.

it is a bug indeed and it affects all those that cannot login with their account through an android device.

This isn't a bug. It is how things rollout with the web version of the game. If you have a Web Only account (an account that you have not logged into a mobile device) this will happen. The web version will update when we require the 12.9 update for all players (which should be happening today).

Alternatively, clear your browser's cache (no need for cookies to be included) and you should be able to log in after. Or you can wait for the update to be required. Related Post

But this whole thing raises another issue. That whenever there is an update, we have problem accessing our accounts from domiworld

you're telling me!

In the interim clearing cache should work, of course let CS know if it didn't/doesn't the next time this comes around. Or manually log in to the account that can't play on PC version on your mobile device, like you have suggested, and you can play.

I personally hope that this inspires the necessity for a better update experience, as the update experience is less than ideal for all of you.
