Game crashes after loading screen

So, after the loading screen, my game constantly crashes, I can’t play anymore. I’ve tried the tips on the forum and helpshift but nothing works. It doesn’t even say a error ID or something like that, it just crashes. I see the loading screen, it loads. Then when the loading is done, I see the list of offers, and then I have 3 seconds to play the game before it crashes. It first freezes and then crashes. I’ve already tried to reinstall the game but it doesn’t work. I’ve had this for a few days, so I hope you can help me.

Did you resolve this problem mate? It’s been happening the same with me last couple of days , it’s driving me nuts . I’ve tried everything new recommends but nothing has changed. I’m on I phone 8
