Fastest way to get Legendary Tokens?

Any way to speed up their collection? I occasionally see some in the events but gaining a substantial amount is still a very slow process. Any way to purchase them in case you ever need them asap?

The museum for crowns sales grants some for crowns. I have had hit or miss success buying the 8 chests for 1000 crowns with chances to get legendaries. Normally I get 24 chests for 3000 crowns and I get 24 tokens. There are 9 of the legendary chest packs that are 8 chests for 1000. With 3 purchases each. You can pick up 216 or so tokens for 27k crowns each week that way and maybe get a legendary along the way.

This game is a marathon, remember? Just like our attempts at getting them to fix bugs.

Actually the problem is that I would like to spend but I cannot see any spending shortcut to greatly increase my Legendary Tokens stockpile. I've bought loads of Crowns but now I cannot get the LTs!
