• Ending Support for AOS6
As highlighted in our 12.10 Update notes, we will be ending support for AOS6 with the release of the 12.11 Update due to technical requirements. Those on AOS6 will need to upgrade to a device that supports AOS7 or above to continue playing DomiNations.

Rewards dont justify the workers needed or time required. Reduce to one or two workers and a max of one day. 5 workers for 4 days to get a single use army and 3 trade good shipments is ridiculous!

The idea was good, the problem is that it needs workers and we already doesn't have enough and as the price of the estate is the biggest kick in the *ss I've ever received from an online game, the new dock feature is just worthless because we can't use it properly ...

How about this: When using a general for the expedition, there won't be a need to use citizens for it? You could increase the requirement to 2 generals to have some investment there, but no citizens. They are very busy with other things.

We already have some extra citizens but developers don’t want to accept it!! We have scientists who are searching in Library. They can spend part of their free time for teaching or learning in university or go for expedition when they are in vacation. :))

I can't help but be disappointed by the docks, maybe it's intention is just for maxed out players because it's just a giant waste for anyone trying to catch up, which means the first several levels are almost never going to see use. I was pretty pumped when I first heard the idea but it's fallen short on my expectations.

In my opinion what the game really needs is a short task I can put two workers on while I'm waiting on my trees and gold mines. It would be great to have people available to get trade goods but leaving workers idle for the task is too big of a waste for the rewards. Reduce the dock time to match the harvest time for each age, you can lower the rewards or make it so there's only a chance you'll get them if you need to balance it. Ideally though you'd have tired missions so if a mission currently takes six people twelve hours (72 worker hours) and it was a GA tiered mission it would take nine four hour trips for two people to complete (72 worker hours). you could even do minor bonuses along the way like the events are set up... actually now that I think about it you could use the same system as the events and it'd be beautiful. Reset the missions every week or so and we have a great reason for people to check in on the game during week long build times.

Spot on! Maybe I can add that ever sent 2/3 workers on tasks that took 6-8 hours. This is possible because anyone also needs some sleep or work. However, we usually can't afford to send more than 2 workers out for an entire day. They are too precious

I agree, a day max for the expeditions, but with the caveat that these troops can't be used in wars, only multiplayer. It's really not worth 3 days tying up 5 workers for 1 cheese and one oil blessing. Come on.

I've enjoyed docks so far. Been sending a few on missions every now and then. I don't mind the troops being usable in war by legit players or payers, as long as the efforts to improve war are progressing. I do worry this opens up even more ways for the crown hackers to have an easy time though.

Overall I like the addition, but it's really hard to enjoy anything when there are such big problems with glory/wars/constant crashing/etc. I'd trade docks in a heartbeat and never miss it for a fix to stacking/stalemates/crashes

Actually the Expedition is just a fun in the game for players who have free workers and have nothing to do with them. Even a “Demolition Squad, a team of Veteran Commando, a Heavy Bazooka, and a Flamethrower” doesn’t worth 2 days of 3 or 4 builders, especially when you know that this Demolition Squad does nothing with an lv 190 player.
The idea of expedition is nice but similar to university it is implemented in a wrong way and wrong time (for most of players). By wrong way I mean it is a part for having more fun with the game but interface is too simple, it doesn’t give me any sense of expedition! It’s similar to opening a trade good box that take 1 days instead of 1 min. no special artwork or map exist just a simple list! And by wrong time I mean, for now most of players are busy to complete major upgrades to be ready for atomic age and no one has free worker for this funny parts of the game.

The idea is good but flawed as the rewards are insufficient. Not worth taking workers out of the game to obtain a small one time use benefit. Rewards need to be permanent benefits - perhaps improving workers skills so that perhaps they can work a little bit faster on other projects.

My dock hasn't been upgraded, I use my tree/mine/wall workers to go on 2hr expeditions (I try to keep at least 1 worker free for walls, usually have 2 free for the trees and mines).

The rewards were worth it when the time was only a few hours up to a day. But spending 5 workers and 4+ days to get a one-time use troop is a total waste. I wish I could un-upgrade my dock.

I like the anchorage but as everyone said , not enough workers.

Currently i'm waiting for my 5 workers to come back from a 3 day voyage to get some sepoys :^(

I would like to see the dock extended to see the ships tied up depending on how many expedition slots you have unlocked.
The boat dock could expand for each additional slot at level 1, 4 & 7 with boats leaving for an expedition.

With the power of the atom unleashed, scientists of this era made huge advances in computing, energy, and other technologies.
A "Science Lab" seems a logical choice to dump food and increase efficiency of our workers. :)

I agree. I'm at two days for an expedition and wish I could un-upgrade my dock too.
