Event Change: Top10 gets the artifact

not that I care cause I would never reach the points required to get it, BUT why did you change it from top 100 to top 10?

If this is in regards to the Halloween Event, it's not an overall change to events - just for this one in particular. We aim to get some variety in these events and find different ways to keep them fresh.

I just saw that the top 10 get it today… if I knew I wouldn’t have even tried to waste my time with the event. I got to the top 25 for nothing
