Donated troops are missing

Donated troops are missing even if i stay in online. My iOS and game versions are up to date. Most of alliance members are seeing the same issue. I thought it would be resolved with Info age related updated and fixes. But still the issue persists. Is it a known issues by nexon. Act immediately, one update is introducing 100 bugs.

I’ve had this problem now for three consecutive wars. Customer service gave me two motor machine gun armies the first time it happened when I opened a ticket, but now it seems like I’m on my own. This is very frustrating. My IOS and the game are up to date.

I raised this issues with CS team, no response. 2 motor machine gun army won't compensate our war lose. Forum moderators are not responsive, not sure what's the next step on this issue. No response on fixing this issue or updating this defect into known issues list.

Samething here. I even gave them 6 screenshots in the initial ticket only to be asked to supply screenshots of the issue. CS is s joke.

Same here. iOS and missing troop donations. Clearly the issue they claim was fixed never was and they don't care. CS has yet to respond to half a dozen examples and tickets.

Well our alliance Legendslost has exactly the same experience. We’ve built an alliance up with a core of players who are very happy to donate both to help fresher players and for the greater good. Around a couple of months ago there was a bit of frustration that ‘givers’ weren’t receiving when they asked....so we started to track it by always using the IGC to say when we had donated. The outcome is that it seems to be completely erratic....sometimes troops get through, sometimes they don’t. We’ve tried obvious work-arounds like hard resets and reinstalls to no avail. We’ve raised tickets and after the obligatory mobile machine gunners, get a holding response. It’s clear from this thread that other alliances are having similar problems, so it’s REALLY FRUSTRATING that it doesn’t even seem to be on the official bug list. How many alliances out there have the same problem but don’t even realise it???

I found the exact cause and a solution but because when I raised issues with it in lGC and Discord and was told by you guys and the game community it wasn't happening to you and was told I was full of it you can all suffer with it now. Since implimenting the easy solution amongst certain players in group I never have had the issue again.

Leviathan , TheWise - are you guys watching these messages. All dominations players are affected, now a days CS not providing compensation. No response, couldn't play in any WW. Keep on frustrating with this issue.

Guys, usually P2W issues are solved because they directly affect the cash flow of the game. All other issues remains as they are not important from this perspective. They focus on bringing fresh dazzling, blinking offers for spenders and they don’t absolutely care how they devastate overall gameplay with hundreds of bugs.

Being scientific: I sat in the livingroom with my alliance buddy. I asked for 5 tanks.
Alliance Buddy's base: We got to watch 5 tanks toddle off of alliance buddies base.
My base: Meanwhile on my base, only 2 tanks arrived, along with the message "Alliance Buddy sent you tanks!"
Alliance Buddy: Had to rebuild 5 tanks.

On the alliance screen, Alliance Buddy 'Troops Donated': +50. My screen 'Troops Received' +50.

Not sure where the missing 30 troops go to? Converted into votes for Joe Biden?
Maybe Alex Jones and Rudy Giuliani have a point!

it became worse lately. I had 112 troop space not coming. waste for HT from alliance buddy.

agree, real issue for my alliance too, costing a fortune in oil keep retraining heavy tanks that get lost in transit! Needs sorting out @ Nexon!

I'm having the same issue now ...I cant seem find th icon for my donatted troops going into battle but it shows the icon button before battle in the prior screen with all the troops I have..

Go to the Fort and enable the new buttons that were implemented with the new update.

There is a known error in this new update and BHG is already aware of it and working on the correction.
