Donated Troop Tactics

I see that my Stronghold has a value for "Donated Troop Tactics ", separate from the other Troop Tactics number.

But how do I get Troop Tactics donated to me?

That will work in WW. If your alliance member donates any troop tactics, it will show there. In multiplayer war you can't receive any troop tactics.

They can only be donated for defense in wars; and are donated the same way troops are donated to the town center in war bases for defense. However, troop tactics can't be deleted from the war base (which is unfortunate) while donated troops can be.
