Customer Support Holiday Outages

Greetings Leaders,

As the holidays draw near, our studio prepares time for everyone to rest, recoup, visit their loved ones, and celebrate (contrary to popular belief, we are humans and require a bit of downtime)!

This year, our Customer Support Team (also, humans) will be able to enjoy a little extra time off.

They will be unavailable on:​

• December 24, 1:00pm to December 25, 1:00pm UTC
• December 31, 1:00pm to January 1, 1:00pm UTC

Once they have returned to the office, they will get to your requests as soon as possible. Please be patient during this time.
