My complaint to CS:
My second World War attack wasn’t registered. Blah blah blah. I can’t attack anymore, but It shows I have -1 remaining attack. What the hell is -1? Do I owe an attack.? Blah blah blah.....
CS response:
“This is your Game Master J. of the DomiNations Support Team and I am here to provide you assistance, Thank you for keeping in touch with us, and we are deeply sorry for all of the inconveniences this issue has caused you. Please know that our Development Team is actively working for a fix on this as we speak. While this may not be that immediate, we are striving hard on eliminating such errors within the game by delivering fixes as soon as possible. We knew on your part on how frustrating it may goes as well as with your fellow players whose also experiencing the same issue as yours and we truly respect that. The Game Team are fully dedicating their hearts and efforts to the game in order to fix these errors immediately. All that we are asking for the meantime is your broad understanding while we're still in the mid-part of addressing your concern.”
Been hearing the same copy-paste crap from the incompetent and lazy customer service. What the hell is the GREAT DEVELOPMENT TEAM working on? I used to get pissed but now I just laugh. The fact that haven’t had spent any money on this game makes me happy.
