Council Card Fusion

When I fuse 4 common Council Cards, it should give me an uncommon card. Same with any 4 cards of the same type, should give 1 card of the next level up. All this fusion of 4 cards and getting 1 of the same type is worthless. It's just an unfair process. Even using my suggestion collecting 4 blue (rare) cards to fuse and get just 1 next level (legendary, can't remember), takes a lot of work. And that is just 1 card, which would take 64 common cards!!!

Yeah, the fuse function doesn’t seem very well balanced. For the most part it gives you 1 card for the price of 4.

Yup! 4 cards just to get 1 card of the same. Once in a blue moon you get an upgraded card. If I give 4 cards, I should get 1 card back that's a higher level.

Agreed. I would even be fine with needing slightly more cards for one fusion, such as 5 or 6, if an upgrade was guaranteed.
