I made a post about it a while ago and now it has changed a lot and hence a new book case to reflect these changes (make them less broken than the old post)
the first 3 chapters focus on increasing odds for the bronze, silver and gold packs taking 1% out of the highest odd and putting it in the other rarities for 5% out of the most common for better odds for higher rarities.
chapter 4: increase free bronze summons by 2 for a total of 10 extra free summons for a total of 14 summons.
Chapter 5: reduce fusion reward by 2 for a total of 10 so 25 fusions for a reward become 15 instead
chapter 6: increase main hall seat by 1, increase percentage modifier by 1%, increase main hall seat by 1, increase percentage modifier by 1%, increase main hall seat by 1. so you get 3 extra seats in the main hall and increase the modifiers by 2% ( so a 15% becomes 17%)
Chapter 7: same as chapter 6 but for war hall.
Chapter 8: reduce the cooldown for free summons by 3% for a total of 15%.
Capstone: all councilors get a 6th modifier unlocked only by this capstone
