connection error - lost all troops

I got a connection error in the middle of a battle, when I re-entered I lost all my troops without being able to recruit them again with the video, this is the second time this has happened to me and it takes time and crowns to recover.

Only your 2nd time? Had this every now and then for 9yrs. It sucks but it is what it is.
You can try customer service and if you're lucky you'll get (maybe) 100 crowns.
