As you research both offensive and defensive improvements at the Library and University, you’ll find that the increases to troop damage and hitpoints are much greater than the building damage and hitpoints in most cases. Improving the effectiveness of these technologies and skills will help the well-researched civilizations defend (and attack) a bit more successfully.

ok now that we have the percentages, I can see that a whole base, will have from tomorrow, several thousand HP more than today. Several thousand HP!!! Maybe tens of thousands! Who can count the HP difference anyway? too much work...

Only this stage 1 of rebalance is enough to make a base much harder. What will happen, I wonder, when we reach stage 3-4-5??? I fear...

Nice, SAMs get 338 damage increase but Fighters get 460 more health, the 5% Bomber health increase won't encourage anyone to use them still, needs to be more like 25%

So the only offensive boosts are wall miners and aircraft hitpoints? Maxed bunkers with max Russian coal are already invincible to planes, now you add 30% HP on top of that?

I would just like to say, I think you are making the game less fun, and encouraging less play. Multiplayer and getting NTG will be even more time consuming.

But, I would also like to help you, with my suggestions on what are the most imbalanced things in the game:

1) The most powerful troop on offense or defense are elephant archers. They're stronger than any other build-able troop. KA25 and Pathfinder are similar, just to a slightly lesser extent, but both more powerful than any build-able troop.

2) The most powerful defense building is the bazooka sentry. They're far stronger than any building you can build through the ages.

Why not start with those two extremely imbalanced things?

No opinion here. Just questions. A lot of them.
How It! will work?
Will we need an update? Or the adjustment will be made automatically in game?
Will we login at s certain time and find our buildings buffed?
What is the estimated time to the rebalance?
How it will affect ongoing WWs?

Yes, glad I spent all that time and oil to upgrade my heavy tanks just to see them become less valuable with a wave of the hand.

Is Nexon going to provide me with a few months of speed ups and a large chunk of oil? Somehow I doubt it.

So you took away resource bonuses and replaced them with Domination bonuses, ostensibly to encourage less raider spam and more full attacks. Then two weeks later you inexplicably increase defense across the board making full attacks an absurdly time-consuming proposition again.

Unless this rebalance ends with a drastic reduction in training times I'm not sure what you're trying to acomplish here. From the looks of it I'm not sure you know what you're trying to accomplish here either. There's more to this game than wars being fought between whales, or is there?

Time will tell but there seems something fundamentally obtuse here. This game is called Dominations and it’s about attacking other players, right? The more you attack, the more you gain and the more you progress. Simple, right? From the early data a number of troops were balanced, some nerfed & some buffed, but they were good changes in hindsight. That was to be expected as the game was new and learning.
However, this game is not new anymore and we have plenty of data that shows that defense has grown at a higher rate than offense with things like earning trade goods noticeably behind in growth rates. We all know why, Nexon needs to eat. Fair enough.
But this is an attacking game, not a farming game. Attacking shouldn’t be the grind that it is. Wars maybe, but not mp. And trade goods should be much more plentiful if wars are such a grind, but that’s a separate argument. Spending an hour attacking used to be fun but more importantly it used to be a leisure activity. Now the number of attacks in an hour, without a training blessing, has diminished and seems less like leisure and more like a planned activity. Of course I’m speaking from Global and CW so I imagine it might still be easy in earlier ages.
It just seems strange that a company who builds an attacking game would deliberately change the mechanics so that attacking is more and more like work, not play. Imagine if Samsung brought out an update that made your phone operate slower and reduced the quality of the camera? Doesn’t make sense, does it?
Time will tell.

Manifesto well said, I don’t log on and start defending! If any of developers actually played this game at the higher levels, they’d understand why we are all, and I mean ALL complaining about this garbage.

What you want - people buying troop cards
What you'll get - thousands of casual players being unable to get the resources they need to play the game and just quitting. The paying players left to feast on the carcasses of the abandonned bases. I guess that's what you want.

Actually, my CW Brits are just about there. With the exception of 3 garrisons and a sniper tower and AA battery, my defensive buildings are maxed. I'll put my rss out for anyone and spend my time simply raiding for oil for my generals. And maybe work on Saladin.
It's time to concentrate on my Global Greeks.

the above changes are too much!! This is changing many things in army compositions.
Spike trap damage was already high, you made it higher.
Bomber hitpoints is too low.

My suggestion....

STOP at stage 1 of this rebalance. It is already enough buff for defence. Do not continue this road.
