Njinga Mbandi would be a great addition to my war set due to the seige and paratrooper bonuses. I'm not sure how I would work her in though as I don't currently use committees that have a diplomat slot.

Yes, we highlighted in her reveal post for the latest DomiNations Update 12.0 that she will be available starting 11/20! But you still have time for a chance to get a Legendary version by entering in our Twitter giveaway here! The Winner for the Legendary Njinga Mbandi will be selected on the day of her release 11/20!

I would use it only for war, in my opinion it's worthless for primary,
As I'm already typing, why are they never been any boosters for traps? Or a blessing to rearm generals?
